1. Eligibility for Admission
a) Admission process starts in the second week of January for a new academic session.
b) A child must be below 3 years for admission in Nursery, 3+ for LKG and 4+ for UKG.
c) A child must be at least 5 years old on 31st March in the academic year in which admission is being sought for admission in class I. For subsequent classes, the eligible age would be reckoned again with reference to 31st March with a proportionate increase over 5 years.
d) An upper age limit for admission is fixed as the minimum age limit plus 2 years.
2. METHOD FOR ADMISSION
a) Admission Test may be conducted for fresh admission in classes III to V in subjects like English, Hindi and Mathematics, and in classes VI, VII and VIII in subjects like English, Hindi, Maths, Science and Social Science only to assess the children`s competencies in different subjects for intervention programme. But for admission in class IX, an admission test would be conducted in English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science and Social Science and only students getting minimum 60% marks in each subject would be admitted. The standard of tests would be that of one class lower than the one for which admission is sought.
b) At the time of fresh admission, parents have to produce an Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation or the authorized authority concerned in support of the date of birth entered in the Registration Form, and the School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended duly countersigned by the Education Officer of the area.
c) A child coming from a recognized institute will be admitted only when a School Leaving Certificate from the school he/she last attended, is produced after clearing the admission test.
d) The decision of the Principal about admission shall be binding on the parents.
a) One month notice needs to be given in writing by the parent / Guardian to the Principal if a child is to be withdrawn.
b) In case of withdrawal in exceptional circumstances, one quarter’s tuition fee in lieu of the notice period will have to be paid and Term Fee will not be refunded.
c) School Leaving Certificate will not be issued till all the outstanding dues from the pupil at the time of leaving the school are paid and a clearance certificate from the authority concerned is obtained.
d) Pupils who leave the school in the month prior to vacation must pay the fees for the vacation.
e) No deduction in fees will be allowed for vacation or break.
f) Admission fee will not be refunded even if the pupil, for any reason, leaves the school immediately after securing admission.
g) All withdrawals from the school can be made only on the written request for the same by the parents or guardian of the child to the Principal.
h) In case of a request for a duplicate School Leaving Certificate, the parent or guardian will have to produce an affidavit stating therein what has happened to the original certificate and why a duplicate is required. A fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for issuing a duplicate School Leaving Certificate.
A child must complete the age as indicated below for admission to the different classes.

The difficulty level of the tests would be that of one class lower than the one for which admission is sought. Students from SSC and ICSE schools can apply for fresh admission. If there is any learning gap, it will be addressed to in a planned way.
